Junior Sales Representative – Help Power the Mieterstrom Revolution

A fast-growing renewable energy company is seeking a Junior Sales Representative (m/f/d) to support its expansion in the Mieterstrom and electricity markets.

The Role:
You’ll engage with property owners, housing associations, and tenants to promote renewable electricity solutions, support the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closure, prepare tailored proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Renewable Energy or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-2 years’ experience in sales (energy/real estate/sustainability preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in German and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow in renewable energy sales
