We are seeking a dynamic Sales Process Improvement Specialist (d/f/m) to optimize our sales operations through data-driven insights, process automation, and AI-powered solutions. This role combines traditional sales operations expertise with cutting-edge artificial intelligence capabilities to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Your role :
Process Analysis & Optimization
Map, analyze, and redesign complex sales workflows
Support Integration of AI tools with existing sales stack
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales funnel
Implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
Design and execute A/B tests for process optimization
Sales Operations Management
Develop sales playbooks and standardized procedures with an AI first focus
Establish KPIs and metrics for sales effectiveness measurement
Utilize recommendation AI engines for cross-selling/upselling
Configure and optimize systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Change Management
Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Train sales teams on new processes and tools
Manage stakeholder communication and buy-in
Develop change management strategies for sales transformation
Your skill profile:
3-5 years in sales operations, business analysis, or process improvement
1+ years working with AI/automation tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
Relevant certifications (Salesforce Admin, Google Analytics, etc.)
Proven track record of measurable process improvements
Experience in Sales Administration tools, processes, sales process Mapping and process documentation
Experience in complex project and stakeholder management
An understanding of different cultures, process flows and operations support applications, a strong result orientation, a deep multi-project implementation expertise are essential
High energy team player who quickly assumes responsibility and is willing to face new challenges and situations driving them to success essential together with your team
Self-driven, proactive, open minded, results-oriented with a positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality
Strong communication, documentation and facilitation skills
Business fluent in English, good level of German and/or willing to learn
