Roles & Responsibilities

o Solution Design & Architecture:

• Leading the design of S/4HANA solutions across various business processes (e.g., sales, finance, procurement, supply chain).
• Developing solution architectures aligned with SAP's Activate methodology and the latest product roadmap.
• Defining the overall solution architecture, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Developing solution strategies based on business objectives and requirements.
• Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and performant in a cloud environment.
• Guiding clients through configuration vs. customization decisions.
• Creating detailed solution designs and architectural blueprints.

o Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP S/4HANA requirements.
• Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement within the S/4HANA framework.
• Conducting workshops to explore client needs and tailor solutions.

o Implementation and Project Management:

• Leading and guiding the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Developing implementation project plans, including timelines, resource plans, and solution approaches.
• Ensuring seamless integration of S/4HANA with other systems and processes.
• Managing technical conversion activities, including data migration and code remediation.

o Technical Expertise and Guidance:

• Providing technical expertise and advice on SAP architecture and performance optimization.
• Staying up to date on the latest SAP technologies and trends, including S/4HANA and related innovations.
• Advising on best practices for S/4HANA implementation and usage.

o Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• Presenting solution designs and architectural frameworks to clients and stakeholders.
• Communicating effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Providing support and guidance to project teams and users.

o Innovation and Strategy:

• Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement using S/4HANA.
• Driving the SAP solution strategy and contributing to win themes for deals.
• Recommending solutions that leverage the full potential of the SAP platform.

o Project Delivery & Support:

• Overseeing the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
• Ensuring solutions integrate seamlessly with other systems.
• Overseeing testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• • Providing technical guidance to project teams.

Expectations:

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and implementation methodologies (e.g., Brownfield, Greenfield, Selective Data Transition).
• Experience with SAP modules like Finance (FICO), Supply Chain (MM, PP), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Proficiency in solution design, including architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and documentation.
• Familiarity with the RISE with SAP offering and its components, including the Private Cloud Edition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Project management skills and experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technologies and client requirements.
• SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred).
• Professional German speaking proficiency.
