Your tasks

• Adminstrator of the SuccessFactors modules Recruiting, Learning and Compensation
• Managing and analyzing incoming change requests
• Creation of specification documents and training of employees
• Configuration of solutions in the test system and coordination of changes including tests with users and within the HRIT team
• Management of service requests and customer tickets

Your profile

• ideally several years of experience in administration and configuration of SuccessFactors
• first experiences in project management are desirable
• Knowledge of the Employee Central module rounds off your profile
• Open-minded personality with interest in learning new technologies and systems
• Very good knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage
