Coordination of administrative and organizational processes along the patient journey / treatment pathways

Interface between patients, doctors, nursing, social services, physiotherapy and other professional groups and persons involved in the treatment of patients

Support during admission and, if necessary, informing patients

Coordination of discharge management

Taking over the coordination of individual appointments

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

Interest in the area of responsibility as well as independent, structured and conscientious work

Very good communication skills and reliability, as well as a high degree of organizational and planning skills

Knowledge of medical nomenclature, very good spelling skills and good PC skills

Commitment, flexibility, personal resilience, sense of responsibility

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
