In this key role, you'll be integral to financial reporting, treasury operations, and client equity coordination within a diverse portfolio of real estate investments.

Our Investment, Accounting, and Reporting Solutions division operates on a global scale, with offices strategically located in the Germany, UK, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, and Poland. As a Senior Accountant, you will collaborate with a committed team to ensure that our reporting services align with client expectations and industry standards.

About the Role:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and client reporting packages.
• Analyse and compile financial data, ensuring accuracy in P&L calculations and reporting.
• Manage daily treasury, cash management, and accounting operations for the portfolio.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accurate transaction recording.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on financing arrangements and loan execution.
• Troubleshoot accounting issues and respond to client requests with a service-oriented approach.
• Participate in system testing and implementation projects.
• Apply a strong understanding of accounting principles to develop innovative solutions and handle complex assignments.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise across disciplines.
• Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
• Collaborate across teams to support operational and project-based initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a fund or real estate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
• German and English language skills.
