Senior Consultant / Manager (m/f/d) – Restructuring & Turnaround

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and managing demanding restructuring, transformation, and turnaround projects in industry and medium-sized businesses
• Developing and implementing strategic restructuring and value enhancement programs in collaboration with management, shareholders, and financial partners
• Responsibility for project and outcome quality, including financial management and team leadership
• Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships, as well as identifying and realizing new business opportunities
• Contributing to and further developing the consulting portfolio in the areas of restructuring, performance improvement, and transformation
• Creating publications, technical articles, and market analyses to position CONSULT ING. Dietel Engineers AG as a thought leader
• Looking ahead: Assuming line management responsibility and contributing to the strategic development of the company

Your profile:

• Above-average university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, restructuring, or a leadership role in an industrial environment
• Proven experience in project management and client development at the top management level
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrable success in building client and partner networks
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with strategic vision and a results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the C-level
• Very good German and English skills
