To strengthen our team in the central controlling function of Helios Kliniken GmbH, we are looking for you nationwide as soon as possible as

full-time as part of FlexWork with headquarters in Berlin or alternatively at one of our clinic locations.

Become part of the Group Controlling organization and take on a versatile role within the commercial support for the IT function. We are looking for proactive individuals who will contribute their know-how to the commercial management of IT projects and transformation programs in a complex, group-wide environment .

• As part of our matrix organization, you will support the IT function, the IT project management and the functional controlling in IT projects from financial planning to the evaluation of results with a focus on the Helios DE IT budget at the headquarters and our clinics & MVZ
• You will prepare budget planning, forecasts, variance and driver analyses as well as reports on IT projects and (saving) measures and derive well-founded recommendations for action from them
• With a view to providing a reliable basis for decision-making, you will support the financial evaluation of IT project ideas (e.g. OpEx, CapEx, activation), monitor budget compliance and the appropriate capitalisation of project costs, and prepare investment applications in close coordination with Functional Controlling and Investment Controlling
• You will prepare IT project-relevant financial information for different target groups – from project managers and central control/reporting formats to steering committee documents for CIOs, CFOs and project sponsors
• You will guide colleagues in the implementation of relevant activities in financial IT project controlling and take responsibility for work packages in coordination with relevant stakeholders in the Group
• You will be actively involved in the further development of project reporting standards (e.g. business case logics), project dashboards and controlling processes and support the digital transformation of IT controlling

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, health economics or a comparable course of study with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in IT controlling, ideally in the life science / healthcare sector or in a complex corporate environment - preferably related to IT projects or large investment projects
• Very good understanding of financial relationships in IT projects as well as of the evaluation of measures and investments
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex content in a structured and understandable way
• Good understanding of various project methods (classic & agile) as well as communication and assertiveness towards project managers and service providers
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP modules – further BI tool knowledge (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working and preferably experience in communicating work content in an understandable way and accompanying colleagues
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
