Berlin, Germany
This role is part of the Audiological Care division, within the Global Data Team based in Berlin. You will be part of a global data hub that connects and integrates information from over 15 CRM systems, regional data warehouses, and other internal platforms. Our team builds and maintains pipelines, transforms and models data, and prepares it for analysis.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll use tools like Power BI and custom-built data products to deliver insights and reports that support strategic decisions across Sonova’s global organization. If you enjoy working with data in a collaborative, international environment, we encourage you to apply.
More About Your Tasks
- Act as the analytics project lead, owning end-to-end delivery by coordinating stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and translating business problems into clear data and analytics requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analysis needs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data capabilities
- Work closely with data engineers to design, test, and optimize data pipelines that integrate information from multiple internal systems, including global CRM platforms and regional data warehouses
- Explore and implement AI-powered solutions, such as large language models and workflow automation, to optimize repetitive processes, modernize analytics practices, and create new avenues for business value
- Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and custom-built data products
- Support decision-making by providing actionable insights and fostering a data-driven culture across Sonova’s global organization
More About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or within a data-focused environment, with a solid understanding of data structures and business reporting needs
- Strong SQL skills and proven experience in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, ideally Power BI, or similar BI platforms
- Structured, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical data solutions
- High level of independence, accountability, and precision, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment
- Experience in implementing AI-driven solutions, including LLM prototyping (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini CLI), workflow automation (e.g., LangChain, n8n), leveraging AI-enabled IDEs (e.g., Cursor) to speed up development and analysis, and improving marketing analytics workflows
