Your mission

Role:

Architect the Foundation of Fintech Innovation in the Cloud. You'll be a key driver in building and maintaining Banxware's robust and secure cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and serverless technologies will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform, enabling seamless and instant financing solutions for our partners and their merchants. Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to build and operate a cutting-edge, compliant, and highly available environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage our AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with AWS CDK.
• Build and maintain scalable and cost-effective serverless solutions leveraging AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Implement and enforce robust security best practices across our AWS environment.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions for optimization and high availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and support for cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to the definition and enforcement of security policies and compliance standards.

Your profile

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically AWS CDK.
• Proven ability to design, build, and manage serverless applications using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in a cloud environment.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus:

• Experience in the Fintech industry or with financial services regulations.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified Security – Specialty).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Familiarity with security scanning tools and vulnerability management processes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
