• At least 3 years of professional experience in CI tools (GitLab and GitLab-​CI), Continuous Deployment Tools (ArgoCD) and cloud orchestration with infrastructure-​as-​code (Terraform)
• Experience with hyperscaler clouds (e.g. Azure) and the associated infrastructure and PaaS/CaaS product suite (e.g. networking, serverless functions, app services, managed Kubernetes, databases)
• Knowledge of the container ecosystem (Docker), container orchestrators (Kubernetes). Knowledge of Crossplane is a bonus
• Understanding of the concept of Platform Engineering, and are able to articulate the vision to other squads
• You can code (which language is not important)
• Hands-​On mentality and an eye for details - without losing sight of the big picture. Drive for complexity reduction
• Ideally, you make targeted use of modern AI tools such as GPT, Copilot, or similar technologies to optimize workflows, generate content, analyze data, and automate recurring tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to handle different squads and stakeholders’ requirements
