You value fast feedback loops.
Playwright on the frontend, Jest on the backend. You don’t wait for QA to catch issues.
You think in systems.
You’re not afraid of shaping architecture and improving how the machine runs — not just what it does.
You communicate clearly.
With engineers, with ops, with product. You make things understandable — and decisions traceable.
Your toolkit:
Berlin is preferred. Remote is possible — but we value real face time.

- Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Vector databases
- 5+ years of experience in building, maintaining, and shipping real applications
