YOUR MISSION

• Identify and approach potential candidates across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for various engineering, technology, and IT roles

• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for Identer's projects

• Work closely with the recruitment teams to align candidate profiles with project requirements

• Stay updated on talent trends and market conditions in the specified regions to inform recruitment strategies

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Success in sourcing candidates for engineering, technology, or IT positions

• Solid Knowhow in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Boolean and Sourcing Techniques

• Strong communication skills, and a knack for connecting with people

• Sharp research instincts, analytical and detail-loving

• The ability to work independently and collaborate virtually

• Good English (German is a plus)

• Loads of entrepreneurial enthusiasm and making us laugh
