About the role

As Senior Local Marketeer for Germany, you will take a strategic lead in driving LYNX’s marketing performance and market positioning in one of our most important European markets. You will translate global marketing strategy into locally impactful initiatives while identifying new growth opportunities within the German retail investor landscape.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the German leadership team, combining market insights, performance data and local partnerships to strengthen brand authority, customer acquisition and long-term growth.

You’ll be responsible for

• Defining and executing the local marketing strategy for Germany in alignment with global marketing priorities

• Identifying high-impact marketing opportunities within the German investor ecosystem

• Managing and optimizing performance marketing channels including PPC and digital acquisition campaigns

• Developing and managing strategic partnerships with key German media platforms, affiliates and investor communities

• Driving thought leadership by collaborating with local experts, analysts and content creators

• Representing LYNX at industry events, investor conferences and financial fairs

• Providing strategic market insights on competition, pricing trends, investor behaviour and regulatory developments

• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring performance against ROI, CPA and growth targets

• Acting as the key link between global marketing teams and the German commercial organisation

Here’s what we are looking for

• A senior marketing professional with strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen

• 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, fintech or investment platforms

• Proven experience managing performance marketing and paid acquisition campaigns

• Experience owning marketing budgets and delivering measurable growth targets

• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision making

• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership

• Native German and professional proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an international organisation with global-local collaboration

• Knowledge of the German retail investment market and regulatory landscape

• Experience managing external agencies, affiliates or strategic partners

• Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
