- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address compliance-related findings and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance organizational awareness of regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of compliance by promoting integrity, accountability, and transparency across all levels of the organization.
- Stay updated on emerging compliance trends, regulatory requirements, and enforcement actions to ensure GetYourGuide remains ahead of changes in the compliance landscape.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of compliance processes and controls, making recommendations for optimization and improvement where needed.
- Leverage technology and tools, including AI-driven solutions, to automate and optimize compliance monitoring, reporting, and risk mitigation processes.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc compliance reports to Head of GRC and Senior Leadership, highlighting compliance risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen the organization’s compliance posture.
Your toolkit:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Compliance, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CCEP or equivalent are preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and compliance frameworks within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including SOX, COSO, GDPR, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, as well as relevant industry standards.
- Practical experience in managing compliance policies, manuals, and third-party compliance programs.
