As we scale our commercial partnerships across Europe, we are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager, Business Development Europe to lead partner strategy, drive revenue through strategic alliances and accelerate product adoption across key markets.
As the engine of our growth, youРђЎll identify and close high-impact commercial partnerships. You will own the end-to-end acquisition process, ensuring technical integrations are backed by solid business cases.
Hybrid or remote , the work setup choice is yours! This role requires a regular presence in our key European markets to meet local stakeholders, build trust with partners, and represent bookingkit at major industry fairs.
If you enjoy creating scalable partner programmes, negotiating commercial deals and collaborating across Product, Marketing and Customer Success, this role is for you.
Ъј» What You'll Own
Рђб Strategic Growth: Translate market feedback into scalable partnership strategies. Prioritize high-leverage deals that drive revenue via a "snowball effect."
Рђб Partnership Execution: Define Europe-wide outreach, focusing on OTAs, resellers, and tech integrators that accelerate product-market fit.
Рђб End-to-End Acquisition: Act as a "hunter," managing the full cycle from lead gen to signed contracts. Secure "gatekeeper" partners to unlock new geographic segments.
Рђб Pipeline & Negotiation: Manage a rigorous HubSpot funnel. Design win-win commercial models (revenue share, referral) and navigate complex contractual processes.
Рђб Onboarding & Enablement: Create scalable playbooks and dashboards to ensure partner success and long-term retention.
Рђб Cross-functional Leadership: Align with Product, Marketing, and Sales to prioritize integrations and launch joint initiatives.
Рђб Market Presence: Represent bookingkit at industry events and feed local intelligence back into our commercial strategy.
ЪДа You Bring
Рђб Experience: 5+ years in SaaS, travel, or marketplace partnerships (ideally with an existing "things-to-do" sector network).
Рђб Proven Track Record: Experience closing mid-to-large deals and launching partner programs across Europe.
Рђб Relationship Focus: A "long game" mindset. You excel at building deep industry networks and navigating 1РђЊ2 year negotiation cycles.
Рђб Technical & Commercial Fluency: Strong understanding of API-based integrations and the ability to structure complex financial frameworks.
Рђб Growth Mindset : An autonomous self-starter who can open doors in new markets from scratch.
Рђб Language & Travel: Fluent English (other European languages are a plus) and a willingness to travel regularly.
