⚒️About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts across search, social, and emerging channels. As a key growth team member, you will shape our performance marketing strategy, drive acquisition at scale, and explore new channels to maximize ROI.
You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and additional paid channels (e.g. native ads, discovery networks), while continuously optimizing attribution and landing pages. You will also manage one in-house marketer and external agency partners, bringing clarity, vision, and execution excellence to the team.
Your responsibilities
Define and execute a performance marketing strategy that scales core channels (Google, Meta) while exploring new growth opportunities (native ads, discovery networks and more).
Plan, run, and optimize paid search, paid social, and emerging channel campaigns.
Own attribution, landing page, analytics, and conversion optimization to maximize ROI and drive predictable growth.
Manage and mentor an in-house marketer and coordinate external agency partners to ensure strong execution and alignment.
Collaborate closely with our Growth, Product, and Analytics Teams to build scalable acquisition initiatives.
Continuously test and iterate , bringing new ideas and innovations to improve campaign performance and discover new growth channels.
Your profile
6+ years of performance marketing experience , with deep expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and/or paid social (Meta).
Hands-on experience with additional paid channels (native, discovery networks, app campaigns) and attribution frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable growth initiatives.
Experience leading a small team or managing agency partners.
Skilled in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and landing page improvements.
Comfortable balancing execution in core channels with experimentation and growth.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; B2B SaaS experience is a plus .
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
