As our Senior Product Designer, you'll join us at a pivotal moment: the product is growing in complexity and our users' expectations are rising with it. You'll have real ownership over how key parts of the experience look, feel, and perform – from first touch through to retention. This isn't a seat at the execution end of a conveyor belt. You'll shape product direction, influence how design works at the company, and see the direct impact of your decisions in the metrics that matter.

Tasks

What you’ll be doing

Your work will directly shape how thousands of users experience JOIN. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take strong ownership of product design across one or more domains, helping us improve the product where it matters most for users and for the business.

• Own end-to-end design across one or more product domains - from discovery through to production-ready specs.
• Run structured discovery: user interviews, prototype testing, translating insight into design direction.
• Improve key product flows with a focus on measurable outcomes such as conversion, activation, retention, usability, and reduced friction.
• Design high-fidelity UI and interactions that balance craft with velocity.
• Contribute to and evolve a design system that keeps pace with product growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define the right solutions – not just execute on briefs.
• Ship iteratively and track whether what you built actually moved the needle.

Who you’ll work with

You'll work daily alongside PMs and Engineering Leads, with a direct line to product leadership. Design here has real influence – you'll be involved in shaping problems, not just solving them.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:

✔ 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products.

✔ A portfolio showing relevant end-to-end product design work, including your role, your decision-making, and the impact of what shipped.
✔ Strong experience designing complex B2B / SaaS products.
✔ A track record of shipping product work with measurable impact, not just polished visuals.
✔ Strong interaction design skills and the ability to simplify complexity into clear, usable flows and interfaces.
✔ Systems thinking and experience designing across journeys, states, dependencies, and edge cases.
✔ Confidence working end-to-end, from early discovery support through high-fidelity execution and delivery.
✔ Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Product and Engineering in cross-functional teams.
✔ Comfort working in ambiguity and making thoughtful product decisions without waiting for perfect inputs.
✔ The ability to articulate design decisions beyond aesthetics, including trade-offs, constraints, and expected outcomes.
✔ A structured, impact-oriented, low-ego way of working.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in a scaling startup environment, especially from Seed to Series B.
• Exposure to mid-market or enterprise UX.
• Strong prototyping skills.
• Experience facilitating lightweight UX research, such as interviews or prototype testing.
• Experience contributing to or owning parts of a Design System.
