Intro
GLS/NXT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and reliability of our OOH (out-of-home) Platform products. You will own the roadmap for the platform products, ensuring scalability, operability, and partner integration speed. Working closely with engineering, you’ll set standards for release readiness, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management while maintaining strong execution discipline across discovery, delivery, and monitoring. Beyond technical ownership, you’ll partner with strategy and expansion teams to align platform direction with business growth priorities and translate expansion goals into scalable, long-term product capabilities.
This role is ideal for a platform-focused PM (4-6 years of experience) with a strong track record of shipping APIs and integrations in vendor-heavy environments. Experience in IoT, device management, or edge technologies is a significant plus. You bring systems thinking, operational rigour (SLIs/SLOs, rollout safety, automation), and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
Tasks
- Own the full product development lifecycle for core platform products, including APIs and Web UI components
- Define and drive the roadmap for OOH product features, ensuring scalability and business impact
- Partner with engineering to define SLIs/SLOs, incident/rollback criteria, and release readiness standards
- Write precise PRDs and technical specifications; align stakeholders across engineering and external partners
- Ensure strong execution hygiene, including backlog quality, discovery cadences, and definition of done
- Collaborate with strategy and expansion teams to align platform direction with growth priorities and translate business expansion goals into scalable product capabilities
- Manage and mentor two Product Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and career development while fostering a high-performance culture
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a technical/platform PM (APIs, integrations); edge/IoT device management a strong plus
- Proven ability to deliver platform functionality in complex, vendor-heavy environments
- Strong systems thinker with excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
- Fluency in operability practices (SLIs/SLOs, alerting, rollout safety) and test automation approaches
- Hands-on experience with product discovery and data-driven decision-making
- Experience partnering with strategy, expansion, or business development teams to shape platform growth and direction
- Proven experience in leading people — managing, mentoring, and developing Product Managers to achieve impact and advance in their roles
- Strong written communication skills (English required; German a plus)
