We are currently looking for a Product Manager – Immersive Streaming Platform to join our team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of our cross-device platform that enables 360° live-streaming of events directly to head-mounted displays (HMDs). You will drive the product vision and execution for our core platform – consisting of an online portal for account management and ticket purchases, as well as immersive HMD applications for Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest and future XR devices.

As we operate a vertically integrated value chain from camera production to the end-user stream, you will work closely with our CPO to define and deliver an end-to-end experience that is seamless, scalable, and user-centric. You will also be responsible for building and leading our Product Design (UX/CX/UI) team, while collaborating with our Tech Lead and growing development team.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our immersive streaming platform (web + HMD app)
• Define platform architecture in collaboration with Tech Lead, from account handling to ticket validation
• Translate user needs and strategic goals into clear product requirements and user flows
• Lead the development of intuitive interfaces for ticketing, user onboarding, and in-app HMD experiences
• Coordinate with engineering, design, production, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Establish product KPIs and continuously optimize for performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction
• Build and lead the Product Design (UX/UI/CX) function from scratch

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as Product Manager, ideally in media, streaming, XR or consumer platforms
• Proven experience in building and scaling digital platforms or ticketing/e-commerce solutions
• Strong user-centric mindset and the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive UX
• Solid understanding of immersive media ecosystems and device interactions (e.g. Vision Pro, Meta Quest)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, and leadership
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Bonus: experience with live video streaming pipelines or XR content platforms and/or AI and AI agents
