As a (Senior) Product Manager (d/f/m) in the Real Estate vertical, you will take ownership of developing and scaling innovative, user-centric features that enhance how people search, list, and connect in the real estate market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders—to create a seamless and trustworthy experience for our millions of users.
You will play a critical role in helping Kleinanzeigen further expand its impact in the real estate ecosystem by leveraging data, user insights, and a deep understanding of the property market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product development from concept to launch in the Real Estate vertical, with a focus on customer impact, scalability, and business value.
Own the product roadmap and backlog; prioritize features based on market trends, customer needs, and company strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, design, data, marketing, legal, and customer service teams to align and execute on key initiatives.
Define and track OKRs , ensuring we measure what matters and continuously learn from our users.
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities , using data and qualitative insights to craft compelling business cases.
Act as a thought partner for leadership, bringing strong market perspective and user empathy to discussions around real estate strategy.
Maintain market awareness by staying informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings in the property space.
What You Bring
2-5 years of product management experience, ideally within marketplaces, proptech, classifieds, or real estate platforms .
A proven track record of launching successful B2C or B2B products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
User-centric thinking and a solid grasp of UX and experimentation best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial drive and comfort navigating complex and fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
