Trade Finance and Lending is one of leading business departments in Corporate Bank working with clients around the globe. It has great dependency on IT platform to service the Bank’s clients. The group is working on technology refresh of their IT platform to enable new services for customers as well as to achieve next level of business processes automation.

In-house IT team already achieved great success designing, building and rolling out into production its strategic platform for Trade Finance and Lending business. Based on that success there is a further desire to build towards our strategic architecture.

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong analytical mindset to ensure the quality of our products while actively contributing to requirements analysis, data interpretation and process optimization. This is a great role for someone who wants to grow towards a Business Analyst in the future.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to define test scenarios and identify gaps

• Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to clarify the requirements

• Design and execute tests

• Investigate defects, identify root causes, and suggest improvements

• Validate data through UI, API, logs or database queries

• Create and maintain clear documentation (requirements, test cases, user documentation, process schemas)

• Support UAT and act as a voice of the user

• Provide input on usability, performance and edge cases from both QA and business perspectives

• Actively participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives

Your skills and experiences

• 3+ years of QA experience (manual or mixed)

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to understand and challenge business logic

• Solid communication skills (to work with both tech and business teams)

• Experience in Postman, SQL, Jira, Confluence

• Strong written and spoken English
