Attractive fixed salary: €60,000 – €75,000 PLUS performance-related bonuses

As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in sales – with plenty of scope, responsibility, and influence. You will work closely with technology, marketing, and management and actively shape our growth. Your contribution counts – and we value it.
What you can expect – a role with real creative freedom
You'll be actively involved, take on responsibility, and be able to help shape things from the very beginning. You'll work closely with various teams and receive the support you need.
- You actively identify and acquire new B2B customers in the IT & Cloud sector
- You develop targeted sales strategies and use your market understanding to analyze potential
- You will be involved in all phases of the sales process – from acquisition to closing – and will work closely with technology, marketing and management
- You will work with product management to develop tailor-made solutions for your customers
- You actively contribute ideas for improving internal sales processes
What you should bring with you – experience, vision and initiative
You're at home in IT sales, think strategically, and know how to convince customers. You have the drive to move things forward – together with a strong team at your side.
- Several years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry – ideally in the areas of cloud, XaaS or cybersecurity
- Profound knowledge of acquiring new customers and building long-term business relationships
- Experience in using CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Native-level German and very good written and spoken English skills
