Service Center Agent
To support our reservations team , we are looking for YOU - a Service Center Agent (m/f/d).
This position is available in 3 time models: (24h, 32h and 40h per week).
We are also happy to consider applications for positions such as Reservation Assistant, Call Center Agent, Customer Service Agent, Telephone Operator, or simply career changers who enjoy customer contact and customer support!

YOUR JOB
From our central office in Berlin Mitte, you will be in daily telephone and written contact with our guests, tour operators and receptions.
Purely inbound business (no outbound)
You will advise and assist our guests, independently manage reservations in the booking system, create offers and invoices, and much more.
Teamwork is very important to us, therefore you will also be in close contact across departments, e.g. with the sales team, our accounting department or our reception staff.
YOUR PROFILE
Do you have an open personality and enjoy talking on the phone?
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written – of course, we welcome any additional languages you speak (Czech, Danish and Dutch are an advantage).
You are a team player – but still shine through your decisiveness.
Reliability, service orientation, flexibility and resilience, as well as a friendly demeanor even under stress are a matter of course for you.
By the way: we also support career changers – experience in the catering, hotel or service industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
