YOUR JOB

• From our central office in Berlin Mitte, you will be in daily telephone and written contact with our guests, tour operators and receptions.

• Purely inbound business (no outbound)

• You will advise and assist our guests, independently manage reservations in the booking system, create offers and invoices, and much more.

• Teamwork is very important to us, therefore you will also be in close contact across departments, e.g. with the sales team, our accounting department or our reception staff.

YOUR PROFILE

• Do you have an open personality and enjoy talking on the phone?

• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written – of course, we welcome any additional languages you speak (Czech, Danish and Dutch are an advantage).

• You are a team player – but still shine through your decisiveness.

• Reliability, service orientation, flexibility and resilience, as well as a friendly demeanor even under stress are a matter of course for you.

• By the way: we also support career changers – experience in the catering, hotel or service industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
