Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

The CONBENE Solutions team offers tools and methods that help to manage projects successfully and optimize team performance. Specifically, this means: agile project management using JIRA and Confluence, data-based decisions in projects with the help of Power BI, process automation through Power Automate, and shop floor management in JIRA and the Microsoft Power Platform.

YOUR PROFILE:

As a Solution Consultant, you will be part of a dedicated team of developers, ATLASSIAN product experts, and operational support staff.
Your responsibilities will include the following:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We focus on our customers—as an important contact person, you will work with our customers to find the best solution for their needs.
• Working together with other CONBENE consultants, you will identify new opportunities and potential and implement them in projects.
• You will develop project concepts for our consulting and development services. You can count on the support of our experts.
• The coordination of key customer segments falls within your area of responsibility.
• Furthermore, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities will be among your responsibilities.
• Working closely with the team, you will take on the active management, further development, and planning of targeted go-to-market activities, particularly with regard to our growth topics and goals with the Atlassian platform and the Microsoft Power platform.
• You will support your team throughout the entire sales process: from customer creation and initial consultations (together with the consultants) to preparing quotes, follow-ups, and project creation.
• You are welcome to work full-time from home or at one of our locations.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• Completed degree in business informatics, economics, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in a management consultancy or an international technology company
• Knowledge of the Atlassian platform and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in business development or sales desirable
• Knowledge of LEAN management is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and openness to new and varied challenges
• You have the ability to understand requirements in their entirety and break them down into appropriate solution components.
• You enjoy working with both techies and creative minds and love driving things forward together.
• You want to play an active role in optimizing processes and have a dynamic approach to your work.
• You are welcome to work full-time from home or at one of our locations.
• You are flexible and enjoy traveling to our customers and their locations.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
