Our solution suite helps global leaders such as Siemens, BCD, Lufthansa, Airbnb, and DB Schenker accurately measure and act on their emissions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer full of energy and creativity, who will take full ownership of making SQUAKE’s products known and used by corporates - and ultimately ensure they get adopted and sold. You will be the driving force behind our storytelling, our communication channels, and our market visibility.This role is not about sitting on the sidelines; it’s about doing. You will roll up your sleeves and create campaigns, content, and experiences that inspire decision-makers to act. You will report directly to the founders and shape how SQUAKE changes the industry.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop and produce high-impact content across formats – from email campaigns, landing pages, and thought-leadership articles to product videos, podcasts, and panel discussions.
  • Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, newsletters, email marketing, events, etc.) that generate awareness and convert prospects into customers.
  • Event & Community Engagement: Drive SQUAKE’s participation in industry panels, podcasts, and external events - and organize our own events that position us as thought leaders in sustainable business travel and logistics.
  • Product Communication: Translate product features into compelling value propositions and narratives that resonate with corporate audiences.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, analyze results, and constantly refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing (preferably SaaS, sustainability, or travel/logistics).
  • A true creator mindset - you don’t just manage agencies, you create content yourself.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English (German is not a must have, however a "plus").
  • In depth experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and event marketing.
  • Energy, creativity, and the drive to make an impact.
  • A passion for sustainability and solving one of the most pressing challenges of our time.
