Please note: We are a start-up with a German entity and founders originally from Berlin. However, we are now working on the US market from Latin America (in a hackerhouse in Sao Paulo). It is a hard requirement for us that you could join the hackerhouse (large Airbnbs) in person. Later we are planning to relocate to San Francisco.

This is a mission-critical role.

• Our international team flew in from Germany, Canada, Sweden
• Working on the largest talent market - the US - on the same time zone
• It’s very intense but also extremely productive & fun to live and work from the same AirBnb as a team

• Sebastian (CEO): Serial marketplace founder; scaled a learning platform to 10k users and built AI-agent products for European manufacturers.
• Daniel (CTO): Founding several VC-funded start-ups, Head of Engineering leading a 15 people team.
• Alexander (COO): Scaled SaaS to 10M ARR as Chief of Staff, worked across recruiting (800 interviews, 30 hires) and GTM.
