The core objectives of the procurement organization are to achieve the greatest possible contribution to results from individual and material costs for the company, to achieve and maintain competitiveness, to enhance procurement competence, to continuously optimize procurement processes, and to consistently implement uniform procurement methods, programs, and tools within the company.

Your Tasks:

• You assist us in preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses/data, and statistics in procurement.
• You work in the area of process improvements and simplification through standardization, digitalization, and automation of procurement processes.
• You actively support us in managing partners in the supply chain.
• You actively support us in operational purchasing processes from the demand request, including the approval process, through ordering, to tracking the delivery.
• You contribute to the daily business within the procurement organization by handling tenders and preparing and following up on supplier inquiries and documents.

Necessary Skills:

• At least three completed semesters in the study of economics, engineering, or business informatics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (possibly also SAP, JIRA, etc.).
• Familiar with agile working methods, Scrum, Design Thinking, project management.
• German and English language skills at C1 level.

Desired Skills:

• Team spirit and high social competence.
• Independent work and solution-oriented thinking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and/or similar AI programs.
• Knowledge of creating macros in Excel.
• Confident and friendly demeanor as well as assertiveness.

The remuneration is based on our collective agreement for general conditions and pay. Currently, the hourly wage for this position is 17.52 euros.
