In this role, you will be a part of our growing Portfolio Strategy & BI team . The team is responsible for the analytical and strategic steering of CHEPLAPHARM’s product portfolio – from identifying growth opportunities to driving lifecycle and value optimization initiatives and supporting executive management decision-making.

Portfolio Strategy & BI provides transparency, prioritization, and fact-based insights, acting as a central catalyst for focus, value creation, and sustainable portfolio development at CHEPLAPHARM.

What makes your day with us special:

Analytical & Operational Support

  • You support the Portfolio Strategy & BI team in day‑to‑day analytical and operational activities.
  • You assist with the preparation, validation, and analysis of data, including portfolio data, sales figures, volumes, and pricing.

Research & Insights

  • You contribute to research activities such as market analyses, competitor assessments, benchmarking, and internal analytical work.

Reporting & Presentation Development

  • You help create presentations, dashboards, and management‑level materials to support decision‑making processes.

Process & Documentation Support

  • You support the development and maintenance of process documentation, templates, and internal coordination workflows.

Project Support

  • You provide flexible operational assistance across various ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.

What sets you apart:

Academic Background

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (final year) or Master’s program in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.

Technical & Language Skills

  • You possess strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with analytics or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is considered a strong advantage.
  • You have business‑fluent English skills. German language skills are an additional advantage.

Working Style & Availability

  • You are available to work at least 15 hours per week.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented manner.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Soft Skills & Industry Interest

  • You are a team player with solid communication skills.
  • You show a proactive and motivated approach to new tasks and challenges.
  • An interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is considered a plus.
