You will lead a team of talented engineers focused on building and enhancing CRM systems, integrating AI-powered features from leading providers, and optimizing call management solutions to empower our sales agents in their interactions with customers.

Your new Role

• Lead the team in delivering high-quality features within established timelines
• Foster a positive team culture by supporting strong collaboration and continuously improving team processes
• Take ownership of product stability and performance in the production environment, proactively addressing issues as they arise
• Communicate and work effectively with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
• Mentor your engineers by setting clear expectations and conducting performance management

Your Skills

• ​​​​5+ years of professional experience in java programming with spring-based technologies
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in building productive team environment by providing structured feedback, helping engineers to achieve their goals
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Strong experience in building restful APIs and implementing asynchronous communication patterns
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with AWS ecosystem is a plus
