As Sales Lead you play a key role in driving the performance, quality, and scalability of our international sales organization within LYNX.
You are responsible for leading, supporting, and developing sales teams across multiple markets, ensuring consistent execution and high standards in all client interactions. Your focus is on combining strong people leadership with operational excellence, quality control, and commercial impact.
You act as a senior point of contact for complex client situations, while also driving improvements in sales processes, governance, and client experience. In addition, you contribute to strategic initiatives around retention, upsell, and cross-sell, and support the execution of go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Marketing and other stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, support, and inspire sales team members in their daily activities, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality client interactions.
- Client Interaction Support: Provide hands-on guidance in client conversations, objection handling, and incident management; act as an escalation point for complex cases.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor workload, capacity, and performance trends, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Coaching & Development: Coach, mentor, and develop team members through continuous feedback, performance reviews, and leadership by example.
- Quality & Compliance: Design, implement, and improve quality control frameworks for sales calls and customer communication, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Fee & Process Oversight: Oversee customer fee change requests, ensuring correct application, documentation, and communication.
- Retention & Growth Initiatives: Support and collaborate with retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives to increase client lifetime value and engagement.
- Key Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients and act as a senior escalation point when needed.
- Strategy Execution: Support the International Head of Marketing in executing commercial and go-to-market strategies from a sales operations perspective.
- Reporting & Projects: Deliver structured, data-driven reporting on sales performance and quality metrics, and contribute to cross-functional projects driving international growth and efficiency.
Who we are looking for:
You are a commercially driven and people-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You combine strong coaching skills with a data-driven mindset and a clear focus on client value and operational excellence.
- You have a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in financial services or brokerage.
- You have a solid understanding of brokerage products, services, and the end-to-end client lifecycle.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You have a strong business and commercial mindset.
- You are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- You take ownership and proactively drive improvements.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a leadership, coaching, or team coordination role.
- Experience with retention, upsell, or cross-sell initiatives.
- Experience working in an international or multi-market environment.
- Additional language skills such as German or Polish.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, or Product teams.
