Requirements
- University degree with technological or scientific focus
- Extensive experience developing reusable and performant Java based platforms rooted in the latest architectural and design principles (cloud-based microservice architectures revolving around big data storage). Practical experience with modern DevOps/SRE pipelines and CI/CD tools).
- Several years experience in leading agile development teams as Tech Lead or Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; German language knowledge would be a plus.
Scope of Work
Within the Corporate Bank Germany, the Phoenix Program is established to focus on the 2029 target operating model, business and required technical architecture to enable a new level of efficiency and quality of customer experience.
Through the Phoenix Program our target is to redesign our processes to make efficiency gains and thereby reduce our cost-to-service. At the same time, we want a first-class customer experience throughout the entire client lifecycle, which will allow us to make better use of our clients' wallets in the long term. We aim to increase scalability through a globally consistent, modern tech and data platform.
As a Tech Lead Process Automation (f/m/x) you will take responsibility for one of our squads in terms of delivery and also become their leader.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead by example, in software development, planning and delivery.
- Partner with, and influence, stakeholders globally from development, infrastructure and production on risk identification, remediation solutions, and managing change conflicts to build momentum in optimising the processes and platforms across Development and Production
- Nurture talent across the team and the various disciplines (Developer, BA, QA etc) to maximise the potential of our team to realise efficient and effective delivery for our business.
