We’re not starting from scratch — we already work with 50+ business clients (from startups to enterprises) in Germany through one of our operational brands. The demand for our expanded solution is growing fast, driven by Europe’s talent shortage and skills shift. We’re fully bootstrapped and ready to scale.
Now, we’re looking for our third Co-Founder — a technical visionary who can architect, build, and scale our platform into a bootstrapped unicorn.
Tasks
- Own the product & tech vision from day one.
- Merge our existing modules (two white-labeled, one in-house with Node.js) into a unified SaaS platform.
- Build our candidate-facing solution from scratch (today’s platform is HR-only).
- Design scalable APIs & secure integrations to rapidly expand via partners.
- Integrate AI in ways that deliver real, measurable value (no hype for hype’s sake).

Think product-led growth — UX, data flows, and self-selling SaaS.

Start hands-on, then grow and lead the tech team as we scale.
Requirements
- Full-stack mastery with Node.js and modern web frameworks.
- API architecture & authentication expertise.
- Practical AI fluency — you know how to embed AI to solve real problems.
- Proven SaaS experience, ideally B2B in HR Tech, EdTech, or similar.
- Product + business mindset — you understand how great tech drives sales.
- Fluent English (German a plus).
- Founder’s DNA — driven, independent, and ready to own the journey from 0 → global.
