We’re looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager to lead IT development projects and B2B customer communication. You’ll drive solutions from initiation to delivery, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Technical Project Manager to take ownership of strategic IT development projects and customer communication (B2B). You will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that align with both customer needs and business goals. From initiating to executing and closing projects, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role requires self-governance with the ability to deliver on time with quality and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- End-to-End Project Management: lead the planning, execution and delivery of IT development projects (B2B), ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including stakeholders, development, engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on project scope, objectives and deliverables.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding their requirements, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop project plans, milestones, and risk management strategies, and track progress through detailed reports and dashboards.

- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success, making data-driven decisions to keep initiatives on track.

- Ensure customer-centric solutions by working closely with product and UX teams to understand user needs and deliver impactful features.

- Continuously optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team collaboration.

- Have 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fintech, startup, financial services or technology-driven environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (PMP or Agile certification is a plus!).

- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Monday etc..) and Microsoft Office.

- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

- Is adept at problem-solving and can quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Has experience with stakeholder management, including reporting to senior leaders and managing external partners.

- Professional level English.

- Is a Team player.

- Located in Germany (ideally in Berlin).

- Previous experience in fintech or digital banking is desirable.
