This position focuses on the design, development, and ongoing optimisation of test systems used in electronics manufacturing. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable product validation, supporting production readiness, and driving continuous technical improvements across testing environments.

• Design, adapt, and optimise automated test applications for existing and future products

• Create new test solutions to support product development and manufacturing needs

• Analyse, record, and assess test data using standardised data management systems

• Identify technical issues and actively contribute improvement proposals

• Maintain, upgrade, and standardise test hardware, software, and operating procedures

• Participate in production ramp-ups and provide long-term support for serial manufacturing

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Practical experience with electronic assemblies, test systems, and mixed-signal technologies

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in a similar role

• Strong communication skills, a minimum of B2 in both English and German

• Advanced programming experience with LabVIEW, Python and Visual Basic

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple technical tasks
