Transfer Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

• You will be part of an international tax team of one of the largest real estate companies in Europe and work together with the head of transfer pricing.
• You will advise tax, finance and other colleagues on transfer pricing matters related to (internal) transactions, services and operations of the group.
• You will monitor changes to global and regional TP regulations and perform impact assessments.
• You will assist with the OECD Masterfile documentation for the group.
• You will assist and advise on the preparation of Local Files and other local country transfer pricing documentation in cooperation with local entities.
• You will update and (further) develop the group finance policy and monitor/advise on the terms and conditions of group loans on the basis thereof.
• You will update and (further) develop transfer pricing processes for the group.
• You will support in transfer pricing audits and provide your input to answer transfer pricing related questions from tax authorities.
• You will assist with German transfer pricing audits.
• You will perform transfer pricing benchmarks for finance transactions and assist with design and/or update of a transfer pricing service policy.
• You will assist with transfer pricing finance analyses.

• You bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Tax Law, Economics, or a comparable international qualification.
• You have 5–8 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, gained at a Big Four firm, a leading international accounting or law firm, or in-house at a multinational corporation.
• Familiarity with the German transfer pricing landscape is a plus.
• You have hands-on experience conducting transfer pricing benchmarks using Bloomberg Terminal.
• You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
