Venture & Innovation Analyst (m/f/d)

• Perform trend and market analysis, staying up-to-date on market dynamics and regulatory changes
• Proactively identify startups within the proptech and contech landscape as well as adjacent industries to inform investment and partnership decisions
• Conduct preliminary assessments of companies, including analyzing business models and financial statements
• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and prepare investment memos and for internal stakeholders and the investment committee
• Assist in the due diligence processes for investments and partnerships
• Support the implementation of new technologies
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments and partnerships
• Support the accelerator program as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external advisors and partners

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, MSc and/or CFA is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience investment analysis, venture capital, project management or a closely related field, ideally within the real estate or technology sectors
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Familiar with the startups space
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex findings clearly and effectively
