As a Visual Product Designer (m,f,d) at MindDoc you...

1. Visual System & Guidelines

• Define and evolve overall design guidelines together with the product designers.
• Create presentation templates (PowerPoint, decks, internal comms).
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  
  

2. Product Visual Design Support

• Support product teams with visual assets, UI polish, theming, and styling.
• Design and maintain landing pages and marketing-facing UI assets, ensuring visual quality and brand alignment.
• Translate product and UX requirements into clear, consistent visual outputs.
  
  

3. Imagery & Illustration Direction

• Build up visual language for imagery.
• Produce and iterate on image-based visuals and graphic compositions.
• Lead the shift from classic illustration toward photo-based, blurred, and modern visual styles.
  
  

4. Marketing & Asset Production

• Build scalable marketing material templates.
• Produce assets efficiently at scale (campaigns, social, ads, print).
• Own visual quality & consistency in output.
  
  

5. High-Volume Design Production

• Deliver fast, high-quality work at scale using template-based and system-driven approaches.
• Work template-based and system-driven.
• Optimize for efficiency and repeatability without compromising on visual standards.
  
  

6. AI-Assisted Design & Workflow

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate and scale visual production.
• Use generative AI for image creation, concept exploration, and asset iteration.
• Prompt and guide AI outputs to align with brand and product quality standards.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows into existing design processes without sacrificing quality.
• Be a contributor to how the team thinks about and adopts AI in creative production.

Visual Product Designer – Key Skills

• Have strong visual/graphic design and high-quality asset production at scale.
• Have ability to translate UX concepts into clear visual design.
• Have a solid understanding of UX basics (hierarchy, usability, accessibility).
• Works closely with UX designers on flows, interactions, and content clarity.
• Applies design system thinking (consistent UI, scalable components).
• Are comfortable with fast iteration and feedback loops.
• Are in s strong cross-functional collaboration with UX and Product (and Marketing).

Nice-to-Have

• Have a hands-on experience with AI design tools.
• Have experience working in a product or tech environment.
• Have motion or micro-interaction design skills.
• Have a background in brand identity or visual systems work.
