Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere beiden Berliner Standorte und ihre Mitarbeitenden weiterzuentwickeln und auf's nächste Level zu bringen. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Unterstützung von Workshops und Trainings, beinhaltet aber auch Einblicke in die Arbeit agiler Produktteams. Als Mitglied des Teams von Agile Coaches bist du in vielen Bereichen involviert. Hier warten spannende Projekte auf dich: Du hast die Möglichkeit, agile Produktentwicklung hautnah und international zu erleben und mitzugestalten. Du unterstützt die Agile Coaches im day-to-day Business. Darüber hinaus hast du eigene Projekte, die du verantwortest und vorantreibst.

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:

• Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung von Workshops
• Unterstützung bei der Moderation und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
• Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings
• Eigene Projekte, z.B. Übernahme von Retrospektiven in agilen Teams
• Durchführung von Umfragen und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse
• Umsetzung der agilen Arbeitsprozesse von Produktteams in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Agile Team Coach
• Konzeption und Produktion von Leadership Dojo Trainingsformaten

As a working student (m/f/d), you will help us to further develop our two Berlin locations and their employees and take them to the next level. Your focus will be on supporting workshops and training sessions, but will also include insights into the work of agile product teams. As a member of the Agile Coaches team, you will be involved in many areas. Exciting projects await you here: You have the opportunity to experience and help shape agile product development first-hand and internationally. You will support the Agile Coaches in their day-to-day business. You will also have your own projects that you will be responsible for and drive forward.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops
• Moderation and documentation of results
• Conception and implementation of training courses
• Own projects, e.g. taking over retrospectives in agile teams
• Conducting surveys and processing the results
• Implementation of the agile work processes of product teams in cooperation with the Agile Team Coach
• Conception and production of Leadership Dojo training formats

• Immatrikulation in einem (vorzugsweise) Masterstudiengang an einer Hochschule oder Universität mit Fokus auf Kommunikation, Psychologie, BWL, VWL, Informatik, Medien, oder etwas ganz anderes. Eine Erklärung, was dich an der Stelle interessiert und welche Fähigkeiten du mitbringst, reicht uns aus.
• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Agiles Coaching oder Konzeption von Trainingswäre wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Miro von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Du bist sorgfältig und gewissenhaft
• Kommunikationsstärke und proaktives Mindset
• Can-do Mentalität und self-starter!

• Enrollment at a (preferably) Master's degree in college or university with a focus on communication, psychology, business administration, economics, computer science, media, or something completely different. An explanation of what interests you about the position and what skills you bring to the table is enough for us.
• First experience in the field of agile coaching or conception of trainings would be desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with Miro would be an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
• You are diligent and conscientious
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
• Can-do mentality and self-starter!
