At MBition, we strive to bring digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

With an international team of 500 employees, we want to integrate people who appreciate quality, creativity, and teamwork just as much as we do. Sneak preview of your future tasks

As a Working Student – Agile Coaching & Transformation you support our team of Agile Coaches at MBition. You will help the team by an ongoing transformation initiative for the whole MBition organisation. In this position you will be able to develop in the area of Agile Coaching and Change Management. You will help by

• organizing workshops & trainings
• preparation of single initiatives for the transformation
• administrational support & coordination
• participating workshops & trainings and support trainers

Doing so will promote agile & lean working methods within our whole organisation.
Furthermore, you will be also part of a larger team of Agile Coaches that embrace the mindset of agile development and take responsibility for improving how we collaborate in our projects.

Your Profile

Education:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in higher education for business administration, psychology, business psychology or similar
• You want to complement your university studies with practical experience for 5-6 months.

Experience:

• Experience with administrational tasks
• First experience with organising trainings and workshops

Nice to have:

• Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, …)
• Experience with change management and coaching

Personal skills:

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Very good organisational skills
• A strong "get things done” mindset

Language skills:

• Business level fluency in English. German is a must.
