Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment? Do you enjoy working with data, supporting projects, and being part of a motivated team?
We are a small team with big ambitions: improving internet performance by improving how traffic behaves on Internet Provider Networks. If you are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative, join us as a working student in our Sales Team. We are excited to meet you!
Tasks
- You support the team in day-to-day business as well as in specific customer and internal projects.
- You maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and ensure data quality
- You assist the sales team in handling incoming requests and coordinating follow-ups
- You help streamline recurring administrative and coordination tasks by using available digital tools and templates
- You contribute to documenting internal processes, playbooks, and best practices to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing
- You conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- You prepare spreadsheets, analyses, and reports upon request
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- You have a strong interest in sales, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector
- You are eager to learn new digital tools and improving how routine tasks are executed
- You bring initial exposure to CRM, analytics or automation tools such as Zapier, n8n etc. (nice to have)
- You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner
- You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
- You have very proficient written and oral communication skills in English
- You feel comfortable working with MS Office
