Delvo builds AI agents that help procurement teams negotiate better, prepare faster, and save more.
Activities
- Customer & Sales Operations — Support customer onboarding and rollouts, help prepare demos and materials for enterprise prospects, and keep our CRM and pipeline clean and actionable.
- Sales Outreach & Campaigns — Help build and execute targeted outreach sequences, draft messaging, and iterate quickly based on what resonates with procurement leaders.
- Market Research & Analysis — Research target industries, map competitive landscapes, and build the data foundation for go-to-market decisions.
- Process Building — We’re at the stage where many processes don’t exist yet. You’ll help design and implement the operational backbone of a scaling startup — from reporting templates to internal tooling workflows.
- Ad Hoc Strategic Projects — Trade fair preparation, partnership outreach, content for LinkedIn or events — whatever has the highest leverage in a given week.
Requirements

- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from ambiguous information.
- Excellent communication in German and English (both are daily working languages).

- Bonus: Experience in consulting, B2B SaaS, sales, or procurement.
Team
Delvo was founded by three people with complementary strengths: Erik led 500+ supplier negotiations and built procurement Centers of Excellence at PwC. Jonas built AI products and tech ventures at McKinsey and trained as a software engineer at HPI. Darius combined procurement consulting at PwC with full-stack engineering, graduating on the Dean's list from TUM.
We're a small, senior founding team based in Berlin - no middle management, no silos. Everyone sees the full picture, from product and engineering to sales and fundraising.
You'll work directly with all three founders, mainly Erik, and support on strategically relevant topics. If you're looking for a role where you learn fast, operate broadly, and shape a company from the inside - this is it.
Application Process
- 30-min intro calls with 2–3 founders (mutual fit, role scope, Q&A)
- Optional: On-site co-working day at our office: build together, have lunch, and get to know each other personally
- Fast decision right after (no long waiting loops)
