This challenge awaits you:
IT asset and license management ensures that the "right” IT assets (e.g., computers, servers, mobile phones) and IT licenses are procured worldwide by the purchasing department in cooperation with all other departments and then used sensibly and efficiently in the IAV companies. All of this is done in close coordination with the entire IT department and the rest of the company.
Your Tasks:
You distribute licenses and hardware assets and structure them in a license and asset management system.
You collaborate on the development of strategies in the area of license management and hardware asset management.
You prepare data and transfer license information to a license management system.
You support operations and license and hardware asset management.
You conduct product research.
You handle special tasks, e.g., in software license law.
You perform other automation tasks.
Necessary Skills:
- Currently studying business administration, law, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree program with at least one year remaining until graduation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently, commitment, and team spirit
- Good written and spoken German and English skills (at least B2 level in each)
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with SAP
- Knowledge of AI applications
