We are the People Experience & Employer Branding Team, which is a part of our People & Culture function, a group of dedicated professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact. We collaborate closely, embracing innovation and creativity to enhance the people experience and strengthen our employer brand. We ensure that all global people touchpoints in the lifecycle and processes follow a positive experience and foster belonging. Your Tasks

  • Support daily operations and ongoing projects, including research, preparing decision papers, creating PowerPoint presentations, and handling administrative tasks
  • Strengthen our Employer Brand by increasing visibility across multiple channels and assisting with the rollout of internal and external initiatives
  • Create and manage content for social media and other communication channels, supporting campaigns that promote our culture and people experience
  • Assist in planning and executing initiatives that enhance our people experience, foster a sense of belonging, and improve overall workplace satisfaction
  • Research trends and provide creative input on people experience and employer branding to continuously improve our strategies and initiatives

 

Your Profile

  • You are studying Human Resources, Marketing, (Media) Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or have already started a Master's program
  • As a plus: You have experience in media production, post production, copywriting, photography, and related fields
  • You have 15-20 hours per week to support our team
  • You have a strong interest in employer branding and people experience topics, prior knowledge in HR areas and processes is beneficial
  • Basic skills in MS Office Tools, well-organized, structured, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • English is required; fluency in German is a plus
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment, with a focus on driving inclusive behavior and communication, and possessing an international mindset to create inclusive and diverse content
