As a working student in our HR team, your day might include preparing high-impact presentations, supporting the coordination of leadership meetings, or helping to structure strategic initiatives. You’ll gain deep insights into the strategic, conceptual, and operational work of a global HR function and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of our people agenda.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic HR initiatives and leadership meetings
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Assist in aligning and coordinating across different HR functions and stakeholders
• Take ownership of operational and conceptual tasks in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with complex information in a structured and solution-oriented way
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; ideally, experience with digital tools, data visualization, or storytelling
• Clear and professional communication in English and German
• Reliable, discreet, and confident in navigating a dynamic stakeholder environment
