A Snapshot of Your Day
A typical day in your role involves collaborating closely with the Team. Mornings often start with preparing for upcoming workshops, ensuring all materials are ready and objectives are clear. During the workshops, you actively participate in discussions, collecting key insights and outcomes for future reference. Throughout the day, you build engaging presentations and communication materials tailored for different audiences, while also keeping SharePoint sites current with crucial project documentation. Administrative duties, such as managing contact lists, are part of your routine, along with gathering and organizing data related to process impacts. Your contributions help streamline daily operations and support the team’s overall success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the SAP transformation team in TI STG through workshop preparation and follow-up activities
- Assist in conducting workshops and documenting outcomes
- Build professional presentations and communication materials for various stakeholders
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites with relevant project documentation
- Perform administrative tasks including contact list management
- Collect and organize process impact data during analysis phases and support the team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of SAP systems and business processes
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and German
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, available for 15-20 hours per week
