​As a Working Student System Operations & IT Support (f/m/x), you will support the smooth operation of our internal IT systems and be a key contact for day-to-day IT topics within Nuventura. Working closely with our team and an external IT service provider, you’ll gain hands-on experience in IT support, system operations, and infrastructure projects while helping a fast-growing climate-tech company scale efficiently. This role offers practical insights into modern IT environments, real responsibility from day one, and the opportunity to actively contribute to a more sustainable future.

Tasks

• Provide IT Support: Offer IT administrative support to our team, manage hardware inventory, and coordinate repair processes.
• Handle IT Inquiries: Prioritize IT-related internal requests and manage the ticket system.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with external IT service provider to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist with Onboarding: Help new employees get started by setting up workstations and provide IT support during their onboarding process.
• Improve Documentation: Contribute to the creation of help articles and documentation for software and hardware.
• Enhance IT Processes: Help continuously improve our IT service processes to make them more effective and efficient.
• Participate in Projects: Get involved in IT projects to build or improve IT infrastructure and support change management.

Requirements

• Current Student Status: Enrolled in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Very good German and English language: Able to work and effectively communicate in both languages.
• Passionate about IT: Interested in IT trends and technology, ideally with some practical experience through internships or student jobs, also in programming.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint: Familiarity with these tools and a willingness to learn more.
• Independent and Proactive: Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage your tasks with a sense of ownership.
• Committed and Available: Willing to commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months, ideally for one year.
