For our client, we are looking for an: Account Manager

Are you a commercial professional who enjoys maintaining client relationships and actively seeking new opportunities? Do you have horeca or retail running through your veins or are you truly passionate about it? Then this role might be perfect for you!

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage your own region—aligned with your place of residence and preferences—and you’ll be responsible for growing existing client relationships as well as approaching new prospects.

What will you be doing?

  • You will act as the commercial ambassador for hospitality clients and play a key role within the sales team, supported by the Field Sales Manager.

  • You’ll maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients while actively looking for new business opportunities.

  • You’ll plan and organize an average of 8 client visits per day, fully aligned with company objectives.

  • You’ll manage your own budget and create a strategic annual plan for your region.

  • You’ll ensure maximum visibility and presence of products at client locations.

  • You’ll work closely with the Field Sales Manager to achieve joint targets.

  • You’ll also visit wholesalers to build relationships and leverage opportunities.

  • You’ll accurately report your visits and activities using the CRM system.

Work Environment

  • One fixed day per week, you’ll be at the office to review past work and plan for the upcoming week.

  • The other days, you'll be on the road, visiting clients in your designated region.

  • Please note: this role does not offer the possibility to work from home.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree .

  • You naturally have a commercial mindset and talent for relationship management.

  • Some experience in sales or a commercial role is a strong plus.

  • You are ambitious, eager to learn, flexible, and determined.

  • You can work independently, take initiative, and are results-driven.

  • You’re persistent and adaptable to overcome obstacles and reach your goals.

  • You communicate fluently in both Dutch and French – bilingualism is a must.
