Background
CSL Behring AG in Bern specializes in the manufacture of drugs for the treatment of immune deficiencies and immune dysfunction, as well as drugs for rhesus prophylaxis and albumin solutions for shock and burn victims. CSL Behring AG's production facilities are licensed by the Swiss health authorities and the US FDA. Every year, therapeutically important proteins are isolated from over six million liters of human plasma in accordance with the strictest safety and quality standards and processed into medicines. The products of CSL Behring AG are distributed worldwide.

Aufgaben
We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support our team, We provide proactive, professional, and high quality administrative support to several executives and teams, We are point of contact for all admininstrative, process and system related questions and provide guidance, training and direction for all employees, Due to the nature and pace of the business, a high degree of confidentiality is expected as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize the workload in a high pressured environment, Excellent office management and interpersonal skills are essential as are good organizational abilities, and the personality of a good team player, Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management focus
Qualifikation
Fluent German and English language skills are a must. Administrative experience in an international company a plus, We are required to be at the office 3 days per week, Education level: Commercial apprenticeship or high school diploma with advanced education in office administration, Experience level: Significant experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced international environment, Language fluency: English and German, Software/IT knowledge: MS Office, affinity to work with different tools, Good team player with high quality standards, strong communication, customer service focus (for internal and external customers), Experience in organizing meetings, workshops, and small events
