Every day, around 3,000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make as significant contribution to the security of Switzerland. They ensure that the Swiss Armed Forces and other emergency and security organizations can comprehensibly carry out their tasks at all times.
You can move it
- Conduct in-depth analysis of advanced malware, firmware and complex software stacks
- Dissect embedded hardware and document findings in clear technical reports
- Design and develop scalable reverse engineering and analysis frameworks
- Take ownership of analysis tasks and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
- Contribute to research and innovation initiatives in the cyber defense domain
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen national cyber defense capabilities
- Support secure, sovereign and mission-critical systems in a national security context
What you should bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience in reverse engineering complex software or hardware systems
- Experience working with industry-standard reverse engineering tools and debugging techniques
- Solid understanding of assembly languages x86/x64, ARM and MIPS and low-level system internals
- Hardware and electronics knowledge such as PCB basics and signal debugging is an advantage
- Experience building automation, tooling or analysis pipelines such as scripting and frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex findings clearly
- Excellent English language skills; German is a plus
- Swiss citizenship or eligibility for national security clearance
